St. John Cymru Wales is one of Wales’s leading charities. As well as providing First Aid to people at thousands of public events every year, we also:
- Run one of the largest youth organisations in Wales – over 60% of our members are under 18 – helping youngsters learn valuable new skills to benefit them and the wider community
- Teach First Aid to people in communities across Wales
- Support the emergency services at peak times such as Christmas and New Year
This vital work is only made possible because 4,500 volunteers generously donate over 200,000 hours of their time each year.
In order for us to continue our charitable work, we actively fundraise and also generate income from three key business services:
- First Aid training and supplies for the workplace
- Patient Transport Service
- Conference Facilities
Every penny of profit is gift aided back to our Charity, so you receive the highest standards of service as well as making a valuable contribution to our charitable work.
