University of Oxford

The University of Oxford is a collegiate research university in Oxford, England. There is evidence of teaching as early as 1096, making it the oldest university in the English-speaking world and the world's second-oldest university in continuous operation.   The university is quoted as among the best higher learning institutions by most international and major national league tables. Oxford has educated many notable alumni, including 28 prime ministers of the United Kingdom and many heads of state and government around the world.

The University of Oxford Development Office have sent their staff on our courses for several years, including both the Bid Writing Boot Camp and the Skilled Grantseeker Programme

“Attending Fundraising Training Ltd’s Bid Writing Boot Camp was an invaluable experience, allowing me to reflect on my practice as a Trust and Foundation fundraiser and to learn from Bill’s extensive experience. It certainly was a Boot Camp and we covered a wide range of helpful topics in a practical and relevant way. As a result of the training, I have changed the way I approach my application writing and have gained a useful set of tools to help me write concept notes with greater impact. I also really enjoyed meeting other professionals doing a similar job to myself and benefited greatly from hearing about their experiences and professional practices.”
